Sunday, November 23rd, at 11.00 am we are pleased to invite you to the Autumn outdoor activities of the Hortus Urbis, the garden in the Appia Antica Park with solely ancient Roman plants.
At 11.00 am – “ LE ORIGINI DI ROMA TRA MITO E STORIA” | Workshop for Kids in Italian, by Semi di Carta
Remember the story of the she-wolf and Romulus and Remus? and that one of Aenaeas running away from Troy in search of a new home? And the story of the Seven Kings of Rome?
These are only few of the pieces that build the myth on how our city was founded. We will listen and remember them but the help of a precious collage will reveal the real story!
